I am the original owner of this horn, having bought it new in Fall of 2013. It has some small dings and lacquer wear, but has never suffered major damage. It comes with the original mouthpiece and case, both of which I barely used. The wheels and all the zippers on the case still work, and it includes backpack straps I've never put on.
