Hello everyone, it’s with a heavy heart I must put up my new Eastman F tuba. Since the university I just got accepted to has an F I can use, I need to think about moving expenses. This is by far one of the best F tubas I have played, and the best Eastman F I have tried out. Bought brand new from Milano music a couple months ago. This tuba has an amazing sound and intonation. Build quality is also exceptional, this tuna is simply a delight to play and handle.
It is modeled after the B&S symphony and comes with a shires version of the PT/RT 64
Tuba comes with hard case and platinum protec gig bag.
Asking price is 6,000
Tuba is located in San Diego, California

The link says, "You need to be signed in to view this." A lot of folks do not have a flickr account, including me.

Re: Eastman new 5v F tuba
I briefly tried one while passing through at Park Ave. Music in San Jose. I was quite impressed. In fact, I liked it more than the 836 CC I briefly play tested. Then again, I'm more of a rotary valve guy. The infamous low C was fine on this model, and the low G just came flying out of the horn. I'm generally not big on F tubas, but I liked this one.
