I'm selling my beautifully sounding Miraphone 183 Eb tuba because I don't play it enough to justify keeping it. To clarify, this is an Eb tuba, as you state in your subject, but the first sentence above states Bb tuba.

I apologize for that; yes, this tuba is an Eb, not a Bb. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.

How's the intonation? I used to have one that the intonation was, um, challenging. This tuba looks much better, and I kind of miss having an Eb.

Thank you for your question. I apologize for taking so long to reply. The intonation on this horn can be challenging at times, especially in the low register, but that behavior in the low register is common to most German bass tubas. She really is a beautifully-sounding horn which I am sad to part with.
