B&S Model 3197 Perantucci (PT-3P) Professional CC tuba that has literally circled the globe. New around 1996. 4 piston (19mm bore)) and 1 rotary valve (21 mm bore), 42 cm bell, slide stop added on first valve slide and additional water key on notorious 3rd valve tube for quick water evacuation without the drum major twirling routine. 2nd valve tuning slide shortened for much improved pitch. Minor dents on back of 2nd bow. Yes, pencil holder comes with it too as in the pictures.
Horn includes a soft top-load gig bag plus an ATA metal clad Flight case 50"X30"X23" that will fit horn plus the gig bag in an end compartment of case. One corner wheel needs replaced on case. See pictures.

There was a time I was playing in a concert band next to a fellow who owned a PT-3P. My B&S "Neptune' sounded a bit bigger and 'darker', but he didn't have to work nearly as hard to stay in tune - much more 'point & shoot'.
