Hello. I am selling my Miraphone 186 5-valve CC tuba. I purchased this horn from The Tuba Exhange in October of 2017. To my knowledge, I am the second owner of this horn. I have loved every second of owning this horn, but I am switching to a York-style C tuba.
Martin Wilk has worked on creases in the bell, vented the first valve and removed the lyre attachment.
There is some lacquer wear from the repairs. Otherwise, this horn is in great condition.
It will come with a Tuba Exchange gig bag and SKB hard case. I will also throw in a like-new RT-88 for an extra $100.

This is an outstanding 186. The seller is in my studio at UT. The sound and response are excellent. I don't recall ever hearing him "edge out" on this tuba, even at full-throttle. You will enjoy this 186 very much.
