Tuba is SOLD!
I purchased this tuba new in late 2018, but because I’m a middle-aged man, husband, and father with a full time job that doesn't involve music, this tuba has seen very little use. It is virtually blemish-free, the only exceptions being 2 very small dings below the lead pipe where I accidentally hit the bell with my mouthpiece, and a few scratches in the lacquer on the bottom bow, which I assume are from my belt, or perhaps the eyelets on my shoes as I frequently rest the bottom bow on my shoes rather than the ground if I'm playing somewhere without carpet. I've tried to capture these flaws in the photos.
The tuba and I are located near Tampa, FL, and like nearly every other seller here, I'd prefer to avoid shipping, but will consider it at the buyer's expense. I am willing to drive 3-4 hours to meet for the transaction.
Price is $5,500, and will include both a hard case and Wessex gig bag, both of which are in flawless like-new condition.
