I have a beautiful King HN White 4 valve EEb sousaphone either for sale. It's in great condition, satin silver finish is approximately 95%, no major dents. The valves are fast and smooth. They do have some plating wear, However they aren't loose, and they do have compression. I think that it plays well enough as is. My wife loves the sound, she said that it actually sounds like a tuba. A very resonate sound. Intonation is a tad on the low side if using a larger mouthpiece. Perfect using any smaller bowl/funnel cup. I did reach out to Joe, at Mid South music about the possibility of of replating, or re purposing new valves. However, like I said before, I think that it plays well enough as is. It comes with neck and 1 bit. *****No case, or mouthpiece

Price: $1200 plus shipping. I am willing to drive up to 150 miles, to avoid shipping, however, I can ship it. No Greyhound.

Why am I selling? Well, I bought this EEb Sousaphone a couple of weeks ago. I have been working through all of my traditional jazz charts, and it's just too steep a learning curve for me to get up to speed by my jobs coming up later this spring, early summer.

Nice horn, I’d jump on it except for the Eb raincatcher already on the way to me. As for learning curve, why not tie the 4th valve down and go?

Thank you. It's a nice sousaphone. I might end up just doing that. I kinda hate to let this one go. It's beautiful.
