Yamaha Silent Brass SB1X Tuba Nute
This is a Yamaha Silent Brass SB1X practice mute for tuba (3d generation). If you are not familiar with this gadget, it consists of a tuba mute, adjustable pickup mike, electronic control box, and earphones. When using it, you get a realistic tuba sound through the earphones while very little sound passes to the outside world. You can even adjust the ambiance to sound like you're playing in a concert hall.
