For sale is my Meinl Weston 5450L Thor 5/4 C Tuba (bigger bell version) for a bigger purchase. I am the first owner and this tuba is bought in August 2017 from Hong Kong Brass Academy. The tuba is currently located in Hong Kong.
This tuba is in great condition, regularly maintained and cleaned, all slides and valves move very smoothly. It has really good intonation by only moving the 1st vented slide. It is easy to go through high and low register on this tuba. It works really fine for me in orchestra, wind band, brass quintet and tuba quartet. There is only one dent on the edge of the bell, but it does not affect my playing on the instrument, I will take to repair it if you buy it.
