Looking for Larger F/Eb

Looking for a bass tuba on the larger end of things 5 valves. I prefer rotary over pistons but that’s negotiable. Similarly to valves finish can be negotiated but I prefer silver horns. Either Eb or F will work as I am a tuba performance major in college. 5/4 or 6/4

$15k budget
