MTSU Faculty Brass Quintet 2/20 7:30PM
The MTSU Faculty Brass Quintet will perform an exciting concert on the upcoming Stones River Chamber Players series. The program includes works by Allen Molineux, Edward Gregson, Jan Bach and Nashville based composer/arranger Jay Dawson. The group will also premiere a dynamic new work composed for this occasion by MTSU Jazz Faculty member, Jamey Simmons. Rounding out the program is a Suite by Baroque composer William Boyce. The MTSU Faculty Brass Quintet members are Michael Arndt and Jeff Bailey, trumpets, Radu Rusu, horn, David Loucky, trombone and Gilbert Long, tuba. The concert is on Monday night, February 20, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. in Hinton Hall of the Wright Music Building on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University. Admission is free.
