well... forgive me Steve... I hope i still have a job tomorrow

Well, this horn is going to be something else. It will come in THREE, yes that is 3 different configurations: 4 top action, 4 front action piston and 4 front action rotor. As of right now (DO NOT QUOTE ME PLEASE)
it looks like Lacquer (any of the three configs) will be around $3900.00 and Silver Plate (all three configs) will be around $4300.00 Again , these are just prices to give you an idea, NOT the actual sale prices.

I can tell you this...... This horn plays GREAT I really think it will add to what I personally consider a void in quality 4 valve BBb piston tubas, at an affordable price.

If you have any other questions please ask. I have played the Prototype and Howards actual horn now and I am really impressedd. Great response/intonation/sound.

In the earlier thread on this subject that came out last summer, Matt stated that this new horn would be about the same size as the MW 2141 Eb tuba. Is this how it came out?

Since this event ended up at a brewery, the participants may just now be waking up. I also would like to know how they liked it (the tuba that is).

i know this is extremely after the fact but a friend of mine went..said the horn played amazing..to say the least about the celebreties who showed up..in one room Howard Johnson, Alan Baer, and Velvet Brown..just hanging out..talk about exposure.
