carol jantsch--solo performances 4-13 and 4-15

Hi everyone,

I have a couple gigs coming up that I thought I'd let you know about in case you're in the area. Both dates I'm playing the Saint-Saens Cello Concerto no. 1 in A minor, op. 33 with Susan Nowicki on piano.

I'll be playing the postlude recital afterr the Philadelphia Orchestra concert this Friday at Verizon Hall. (The postlude is a short recital typically presented after a subscription concert, and is free to the audience of that concert.) Concert starts at 2pm and includes Bartok Suite from Miraculous Mandarin, among other works.

I'm also playing in Zankel Hall in Carnegie this coming Sunday at 7:30pm as part of the Musical Olympus Festival. This is a Russian festival I did in St. Petersburg last summer, and it features young winners of international competitions. Check it out at www.musicalolympus.ru. I'm one of five acts on this show.
