Virtuoso Horn Duo, University of Central Arkansas

The Virtuoso Horn Duo and Friends American Tour 2007 will visit the University of Central Arkansas for a three-day residency program.

The Virtuoso Horn Duo (spouses Kristina Mascher and Kerry Turner), accompanied by tubist Kyle Turner (Kerry Turner’s brother) and pianist Lauretta Bloomer, will be on campus Nov. 8-10 for master classes, a brass and percussion clinic, horn and tuba workshop and a recital, all in the Snow Fine Arts Center Recital Hall. All events are free and open to the public.

The weekend activities will begin with a 7:30 p.m. Friday (Nov. 9) recital and will continue with a brass and percussion clinic and a horn and tuba workshop from 8:30 a.m.-4 on Saturday.

The Friday concert will feature Concerto No. 11 “L’Estro Armonicoâ€
