Army Conference Schedule Posted

Greetings all!

Just want to let you know that the schedule for this year's (2008) Army Band Tuba-Euphonium Conference has been posted to our web site.

Things to take note of:

1) Friday & Saturday night's concerts will be at the auditorium at Kenmore Middle School in Arlington, VA (this hall was built with the intention of being home to the Arlington Symphony until they folded). So once you leave for dinner on those evening's, there is no need to get back onto Ft. Myer. The hall seats more that the Loboda Studio at Brucker Hall, and the seating is much better (i.e. theater seating). There is a large lobby area for those of you who prefer to enjoy the concerts "from a distance", but no comfy couches. Also, I advise you back into your parking space in the parking lot, especially if you are in the first lot in front of the school. There is not much space for backing out when everyone else is trying to get out.

2) While not a done deal, we are planning on web-casting the Friday and Saturday evening concert <b>with video</b>. So if you can't make it to the conference this year, you may still be able to watch it live!
