I am excited to announce that I will be playing Bruce Broughton's Concerto for Tuba and Winds with the University of Washington Wind Ensemble on Feb. 2 @ 5:30pm, and Feb. 3 @ 4:30pm. The concerts will both be in Meany Hall on the UW campus, and will be part of the 2009 Pacific Northwest Band Festival. If you are in the area, I would love to see you there! And, just to give you a heads up well in advance, I will be lucky enough to perform the Vaughan Williams Tuba Concerto with the Seattle Symphony on the morning of May 2nd, 2009 at 10am and 11:30am in Benaroya Hall. It would be great to see some locals there as well. Thanks!
