Anybody have more details on the 3rd annual Tuba Fats memorial concert in New Orleans?

OUR THIRD ANNUAL TRIBUTE TO TUBA FATS

Two stages, over 20 tuba players, 8 bands & an All-Star Jam including: Kirk Joseph, Monk Boudreaux, Donald Harrison, Sunpie Barnes, Doug Belote, Anders Osborne, John "Papa Gros Funk" & Johnny Vidacovich


The historic French Market gives the gift of New Orleans music on the biggest shopping day of the year by celebrating the life and legacy of beloved sousaphone player Anthony Lacen, a.k.a. "Tuba Fats" (1950-2004) on Friday, November 27th. Music begins at the Washington Artillery Park steps at 1:00 p.m., just below the French Market fleur de lis tree, and continues on two stages throughout the day and evening, culminating in an All-Star Jam at 6:00 p.m. at the Farmers Market. The event is free and open to the public.

Music begins at Washington Artillery Park at 1:00 p.m. with all sousaphone players present. The players will parade into Jackson Square, led by Grand Marshal Eric Calhoun, Jr., then continue to the stages at Dutch Alley Performance Pavilion and the Farmers Market. Sousaphone music will continue throughout the day:

You may have to be registered on Facebook to see it, http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=185375763750 is a low rez video of one song from the event - a parade band with about 30 Sousaphones, a few tubas, a Peck Horn and some drums - not great audio, but a lot of power!
