Edinboro University of Pennsylvania will be hosting the first Western PASSHE (Pennsylvania State System for Higher Education) Low Brass Consortium on February 25-27. Guest artists for the even are Natalie Mannix (trombone), James Jackson (euphonium), and Deanna Swoboda (tuba).
The event is free and open to the public.
