SEATTLE: Mozart Requiem, Nov.2

Post by Norm in Bellevue »

This coming Tues. evening at 7:30 p.m. the annual All Souls' Day requiem mass will be celebrated at Seattle's St. James Cathedral. Danny Helseth, former principal euphoniumist with the USAF Band will be playing the tenor trombone solo. Yours truly will sing the bass solos. The Cathedral Choir will be accompanied by a pro orchestra. This is a mass, not a concert. No admission fee! But come early if you want a seat. It's always SRO.

Good luck, Norm. I hope it goes well for you. It sounds like it will be a wonderful occasion for worshippers.
