two royal wind orchestra's with the tuba in the lead

On Sunday, June 2nd is tuba Perry Hoogendijk (Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra) soloist with the Royal Recognized Municipal Fanfare Orchestra of Vianen. The orchestra plays from Vianen led by Arjen Bos, the Dutch premiere of Kevin Houben's new work for tuba and brass band: The Legend of a Big Friendly Giant. The Royal wind orchestra Phileutonia from Eindhoven conducted by Sander Teepen plays with Perry Hoogendijk: Four Temperaments for Tuba (Michael Brand). Furthermore works of Johan de Meij and Philip Sparke.
