IWBC Eastern Regional conference

The International Women's Brass Conference Eastern Regional will be hosted by the U.S. Coast Guard Band on October 14-15 at the USCG Academy in New London, CT.

Highlights include:

Matt Murchison, euphoniumist with the River City Brass Band
Joanna Hersey, tuba soloist and intructor at the Hartt School
Kirsten Lies-Warfield, trombonist with the U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own"
James Ackley, trumpet soloist and UConn professor
Laurel Ohlson, horn soloist
ALCHEMY, tuba/euphonium quartet

Also, I'll be performing the Hindemith Sonata for tuba on Saturday at the 1:30pm recital.
