Peter Bale will be the first solo saxophonist to appear in the Saturday Lunchtime Concert series at St. Mary's Slough (UK) this weekend.

Peter will play 'The Old Castle' from Pictures at an Exhibition, with Malcolm Stowell on piano. He then joins me in a trio specially written for us, for alto sax, euphonium & piano titled The Brook, The Bear & The Bird, by Joe Miserendino from the USA.

All this after my own euphonium recital at 12 noon;

St. Mary's is in Church Street, Slough. There is FREE PARKING in Keywest Ltd opposite Slough Police Station and the concert starts at 12 noon. Admission is free and refreshments are available afterwards.

Very nice Charley. I especially liked, "Long, Long Ago". Very well done!

Many thanks Rick, very kind of you.

I would be interested in feedback on the Mahler! A high risk project if ever there was one.

Anyway, I've done it now!
