Performance of new piece in Pensacola, Florida
Posted: Wed Jul 19, 2006 5:31 pm
The show is:
"Evenings In Old Seville Square"
Featuring the Pensacola Civic Band
with Don Snowden, conductor; Andy Isca, guest conductor; and Billy Morris as guest solo artist on tuba.
Piece to be played is the new band arrangement of David Ackerman's "Tuba Capers" (Cool lil piece, not too hard but fun and musical)
Old Seville Square is just about 2 blocks East of Seville Quarter in Downtown Pensacola.
The show starts at 7 PM but I suggest EVERYONE get their early as the parking gets VERY scarce close to show time and watched lots start at $5 a pop. So get there early and find a great spot to park your car and park your booty.
Thanks again, all.
