NC Symphony- Rite of Spring

The North Carolina Symphony will be playing Rite of Spring this weekend in Raleigh, NC at the Meymandi Concert Hall, PE Center for the Performing Arts. Info can be found at

If you go, look up John Ilika (Principal Trombone), and tell him that Mike Keller sends his regards. I played with John for many seasons! (and did a lot of characteristic low brass things... )

re: John Iila - I get a kick outa that little alto t-bone he uses. He can really sing.
That whole low brass section is pretty freakin' great!!
