I don't know how many people browsing this forum are from the UK, but if you are in the Manchester area next week, feel free to stop in and have a listen.

I'm sure there'll be many a pint afterwards up in the JCR....or Czech Bar.....or Scu.....or Sand Bar.....how I miss Manchester!!!

Oh how I miss Manchester too! There were many fun times at all of those establishments you listed, as well as the Kro bar, which were all hit after our final recitals. How I miss one quid pints!

Unfortunately, that's Whit Friday, and I'd have thought most brass players will be marching round the Saddleworth villages by then!

Thanks for all of the kind wishes everyone, and to those who came. It went quite well, and the americans demolished some Indian food down on the curry mile afterwards!
