Pittsburgh: Tuba-Euphonium Day at Duquesne U.
Posted: Sat Sep 29, 2007 12:49 pm
Hello everyone,
Everyone within reach of Pittsburgh is cordially invited to attend the annual Tuba-Euphonium Day workshops at Duquesne University in downtown (actually Uptown) Pittsburgh. This year's all-day event will be on Saturday October 27, and it is free and open to all. Euphonium and tuba players are encouraged to bring instruments, as there will be opportunities to play throughout the day.
This year, we are very pleased to have Daniel Perantoni as our special guest! Professor Perantoni will present a masterclass, lead a large ensemble reading session (which all attendees may play in), and perform in a recital at the end of the day.
Our Euphonium Professor Lance LaDuke (Boston Brass) and I will lead a “warm-up sessionâ€
