My conductor had to cancel because of the weather. He was coming in Saturday morning from Gunnison and they were just getting hammered. Found a replacement though so I can play instead of conducting

. I do enjoy conducting, but gosh darnit, it's my turn to play

Things went well for our small community. Had 15 players and a decent audience all things considered. We ended up moving the concert inside the student union building because of the wind, which ends up being a good thing as it started sleeting a few minutes after we started.
