Wanted to send a "low note" to everyone out in the upstate NY area, along with anyone else within decent driving distance of the annual TubaChristmas taking place here in Rochester, NY on December 4.
Rehearsal and concert will be at Midtown Plaza. Plenty of parking available. Lots of signs to point out where the fun is. Rehearsal begins at 12 noon, with the concert at 2 to 3 pm.
