ITEC 2010: May 23-29, Tucson Arizona -- Finalize Your Plans to Attend Today
ITEC 2010 is less than one month away. If you have not yet made your plans to attend, we encourage you to do so. Affordable flights to Tucson remain available. Make your reservations today.
Lodging:
Reduced room rates for ITEA attendees are still available at three hotels: The Hotel Arizona, The Riverpark Inn, and The Windmill Suites. Prices range from $72-$75. Reservation deadlines range from May 3-May 10 for these additional hotels. If space remains available, the hotels at their discretion may continue to honor the negotiated rate after their deadline. If you still need to get your registration in, you can register for the International Tuba Euphonium Conference 2010 in Tucson, Arizona at http://www.ITEAonline.org.
ITEC 2010 includes:
• Performers from 5 different continents
• Over 80 recitals, clinics, and presentations
• Our all new evening banquet (free for conference registrants) where we will present the Lifetime
Achievement Awards.
• After hours jazz at Gentle Ben's Brewery
• Our final concert, featuring the U.S. Air Force Band from Washington D.C. with soloists.

Parking Pass Deadline May 7
University of Arizona parking permits are available for the conference. These permits MUST be purchased in advance. Download the form (http://www.iteaonline.org/2008/conferen ... travel.php) and mail or fax it in. This form MUST be received by May 7 to allow time for processing. The cost for a parking permit for the whole week is $24.
