Hello everyone!

Next Monday evening (The 26th) I will be performing a tuba recital at The Merit School of Music. The following Saturday, I will repeat portions of the Merit program on WFMT-Chicago's Introductions radio program at 11am Central (This can be streamed live via wfmt.org). Both of these events present an exciting chance to hear a brand new work for the tuba by composer Charles Liu as part of the North American Tuba Repertoire Initiative. Bellow I have included more information about the recital, and if you are on Facebook, feel free to look up this event there as well. I hope to see you Monday evening or to have you tune in live on Saturday!

I heard that recital on WFMT last Saturday. That was some awesome playing! I communicated with Rich Armandi over the weekend, and he is really proud of your efforts. "That guy really works his butt off". Good luck at Colburn.

BTW: what kind of tuba do you play?
