The Monumental Brass Quintet is launching our first ever Tuba Boot Camp! The camp is open to Middle and High School aged students and is running June 27- July 1 9:00am- 12:00pm in Highland, MD. The objective of the camp is to give each student the resources needed to turn practice into achievement of goals. I will be taking the students through a survey of my own warm up and fundamental routines with special attention to breathing, beautiful and big tone, and audition preparation and success. Andrew Hitz of the Boston Brass, Gettysburg College, and George Mason University will be visiting to help give his own personal and dynamic influence.
