7/31 & 8/3 Metropolitan Brass Quintet

My quintet is playing a couple of concerts, please come if you can!

Composer's Voice:
10 performers and 4 composers on the program; we have a diverse and appealing lineup with Heather Thon, clarinet; Rebecca Ashe, flute; Ray Blue, saxophone; and the NY Metropolitan Brass Quintet. We will be performing "Voyageur Suite" by Greg Bartholomew (http://www.gregbartholomew.com/voyageur.html" target="_blank)

July 31 - 1-2 PM at the beautiful Jan Hus Church, 351 East 74th Street, New York City (between 1st/2nd in the sanctuary, up the church steps).

Later that evening you may find us busking in the subways of NYC...

Music Under New York Summer Series @ Richard Tucker Park:
August 3rd Noon - 1 PM at Richard Tucker Park, directly across from Lincoln Center

Updates:

7/31 Composers Voice - We have been asked to add additional music to the program (from living composers), so we have chosen to perform "A Western Fanfare" - Ewazen & "Brooklyn Ferry Crossing" - Sprenkle in addition to the above work. This is a FREE concert, please bring your friends if you are near by!

7/31 3PM - 6PM we will be performing at 42nd - Times Square Subway Station, upper mezzanine as part of Music Under New York ( http://www.mta.com/arts" target="_blank ), donations appreciated. Please stop by, we have a whole book of music we will be pulling selections from.
