National Brass Symposium @ Kennesaw State (8-10 June)

Post by davidgilbreath »

Forgive me if NBS material has been posted previously, but this is a fantastic opportunity for all brass instrumentalists. Since Gene Pokorny, Mike Roylance, and Dennis Nulty will be the featured master instructors I, not so humbly, posit the notion that rarely has the metro Atlanta area had such a collection of world-class musicians.

The following link http://brasssymposium.com/Schedule.aspx" target="_blank will take you to the tuba schedule for all three days. As a retirement present to myself, I bought a one-day pass ($99)for Saturday (to go with my retirement Kanstul).

Last year I was able to go as a guest to the Sunday evening portion. The one day pass is new this year and educators can take advantage of some special benefits.

All the best to TN
David

Adam Frey will also be the euphonium faculty. The artist/faculty list for that symposium is simply stunning.
