New piece by Bruce Broughton!

Post by KentEshelman »

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to make an announcement about a new piece for tuba and piano from Bruce Broughton called "Turbulence." For those of you attending ITEC, I'll be performing the premiere on Saturday morning, the 30th. It's a great piece!! A six-minute wild ride--perfect for a recital opener or closer. I've just finished recording it for a CD to be released later this year, and I can say that it's a very fun piece to play! I think it will be equally enjoyable for audiences.

I'll have copies with me at ITEC for anyone who wants to buy it right away and save on shipping. Otherwise it will be available from the composer at http://www.brucebroughton.com" target="_blank (for $30 plus $12 for shipping in the U.S.A.)

Looking forward to ITEC!
