REGISTRATION: 2:00 pm, same

NOTE: Bring your own music stand

(player count was lower this year -- WMU graduation was at the same time as the TC, so the WMU tuba-euph students were unable to attend; next year's TC date will be adjusted to avoid that schedule conflict)
