Master's Recital - April 3rd, 2013, CCM
Posted: Fri Jan 25, 2013 10:22 am
Hello TubeNetters!
I will be giving my first Master's Recital on the campus of CCM (Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music) on April 3rd, 2013. I'm revisiting some old pieces that I've performed in the past. Most, if not, all of the repertoire are standard works.
The recital will be at 8:30 PM EST in the beautiful Robert J. Werner Recital Hall. The program consists of the following pieces:
Three Miniatures - Anthony Plog
Two Songs - Robert Spillman
Drei Romanzen, Op. 94 - Robert Schumann
Sonata for Tuba and Piano - Paul Hindemith
Moondance - John Stevens
The recital will also be livestreamed, so if you cannot be there in person, you will be able to watch it from the comfort of your own home. I will post a link to the livestream once it gets closer to the date. If you're anywhere within driving distance of Cincinnati, Ohio, I encourage you to come out and hear some wonderful standard repertoire that's easy to listen to and understand. It's going to be a lot of fun. Hope to see a lot of you there in person and on the livestream. Cheers!
