University of Texas at Brownsville Faculty Brass Quintet

The UTB Faculty Brass Quintet will present a recital this coming Tuesday evening, October 1. Selections include Three Pieces (Pezel/arr. King), Four Swiss Tunes (Howarth), Scherzo (Cheetham), Le Petit Negre (Debussy/arr. Emerson), Stardust (Carmichael/arr. Niehaus), and Ain't Misbehavin' (Waller/arr. Norris). Augmented with a number of very talented student musicians, we will also perform Wiener Philharmoniker Fanfare (Strauss/arr. La Fratta, and Fanfare pour preceder La Peri. The concert will take place at the TSC Fine Arts Center. Starting time is 7:30 P.M.
