For those of you not familiar with this seminar, IMHO, it is by far the most indepth brass quintet experience that anyone can get in a two week seminar. You'll have coachings from each member of Atlantic Brass Quintet and Triton Brass. They are all monster players and great teachers.
Even private lessons with John Manning or Jobey Wilson are possible during the busy schedule!

So if you're looking for something that's musically educational and rewarding, this seminar is the SHIZNIT!

Hey everyone,

I would highly reccomend the ABQ seminar. The level of players that attend the seminar is extremely high and every single participant is challenged beyond what they think they are capable of. I did the seminar last year, and it was one of the most intense camps i have ever attended. Literature last year included Arnold, Etler, Dahl, Jan Bach, Ewald etc. Also, you get to study with Jobey and John, who are phenomenal players and phenomenal teachers.

Great Camp

to add to the barrage of compliments

The quintet seminar is, in fact one of the most amazing things you can do for your playing. you will play upwards of six hours a day. You will learn literature that challenges you far more than you thought was possible. these guys WILL WIP YOU INTO SHAPE. for those of you looking for something to do this summer, look into going to the ABQ seminar, you will be very glad you did.

Openings for Tubas Still Available!

Thanks for all the kind words about the seminar. I just wanted to add that we still have room for more tubas, so despite the application deadline having past, please contact me if you are interested in attending this year.

We are thrilled to be returning to Boston College for the seminar this year, and are looking forward to another great summer with the Triton Brass Quintet. Hope to see you there!
