The Kansas City Symphony will host Tuba Christmas for the eighth consecutive year. Due to high demand, two dates for participation are being offered.

All area tuba and euphonium players are invited to join in the festivities. Early registration is encouraged due to limited space for participation. Friends, family and the general public are invited to attend the lunch hour concert to listen to the sounds of the season, tuba-style! Tickets are free, however advanced registration is required for concert goers.

Dates:
Friday, December 5, 2014 & Monday, December 8, 2014
9:30am - registration
10:30am - rehearsal for performers
12:00pm - performance

Cost: PLEASE NOTE: Due to a change made nationally by TubaChristmas, the rate to perform will now be $10 per person.

I neglected to mention that once again this year, we are honored to have Prof. Scott Watson from the University of Kansas as our conductor and "spiritual guide" for TubaChristmas Kansas City. Come on down! The Friday performance is filled so if you want to play, please come on Monday. Thanks.

There are very few openings for the Monday Dec 8 TubaChristmas in Kansas City. Friday is completely full. If you want to perform, please get your registration in ASAP. AND if you want a stand, please bring your own folding stand. Thanks!
