Tonight (5/14), I have the honor of playing Bruce Broughton's concerto with the UCLA Philharmonia as the winner of this year's concerto competition. Also on the program are Hindemith's Symphonic Metamorphoses and an early piece by Kaija Saariaho for orchestra and electronics. Plus, Bruce Broughton will be in attendance!
