Roger Bobo Festival of Brass

Post by TWScott283 »

Dear low brassers:

We just wanted to post and give you and your students a heads up regarding the 2016 Roger Bobo Festival of Brass. It will take place this June (12th-16th) at Slippery Rock University (Pennsylvania). It is open to any low brass musician (Trombone, Euphonium, and Tuba) high school age and up. Registration can take place at http://www.bobosfestivalofbrass.com" target="_blank (you will see a "register here" link on the home screen). The festival has daily warm-up routines with Roger, masterclasses, food, faculty recitals, chamber ensembles and large ensembles. It will conclude on the final day with a Gala concert.

Hope to see you at Slippery Rock!

The camp is excited to announce that through generous sponsorship we are able to offer the camp at very affordable price:

--Commuters (those who will be staying off campus): $425
--Residents (those needing housing): $595.

These prices are offered through our early registration deadline of April 15. Afterwards, they increase by $50.

We are looking forward to welcoming you and Maestro Bobo to Pennsylvania this June (12-16th).
