The Delaware State University Music Department is proud to present our 2016 Octubafest, Sunday afternoon, October 30 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. All events will be held in the MLK Student Center at Delaware State University and are free and open to the public.

Our special guests are the members of the United States Army Band Tuba/Euphonium Quartet. Join us for an afternoon of concerts, clinics, and a mass reading session!
