Where does one get tickets and how much are they?

For those unfamilar with Elmhurst Christian Reformed Church it is an excellent venue for music. I think when it was built a few years back sound and sight lines were the priorities in the design. There is truly no bad seat in the house and they are roomy, lot of room for your legs, comfortable and all offer excellent viewing. Parking is plentiful and wraps around the venue so all parking is a minimal of steps inside. I've been to several concerts here.

Don't know who currently conducts the Elmhurst Symphony, but for a long time it was Dale Clevenger, who was principal horn of the CSO.

Unless there has been a recent change, the Music Director of the Elmhurst Symphony is Stephen Alltop.

Cyndi Stark is the tubist.

Yes, Stephen Alltop is the Music Director and just recently celebrated his 20th Season with the Elmhurst Symphony.

I'm playing tuba with the ESO this season.

Just a friendly reminder of this concert coming up this Sunday...a fantastic opportunity for those in the Chicagoland area to come hear Gene Pokorny perform the VW Tuba Concerto (as well as some other fine brass playing on La Forza del Destino and the Kalinnikov Sym #1).

College and High School Students....you can get tickets for $9 w/student ID!!

Hope to see you all on Sunday!
