Akron Tuba Summer! 7.29.18

Come to the University of Akron in Akron, OH this Sunday, July 29th for a fun-filled afternoon and evening of food, fun and music! Conducted by Professor of Tuba/Euphonium Emeritus Tucker Jolly, Tuba Summer is a unique Akron tradition that has delighted audiences for the better part of a generation. Registration is FREE and includes FREE pizza for all performers. Hope to see you there!

TubaSummer is Sunday, July 29, 7 p.m. on the lawn outside of Guzzetta Hall, 157 University Ave. Join us for a wonderful hour of sunny summertime music, conducted by Professor Emeritus Tucker Jolly. Free for audience and performers. Please bring a blanket or lawn chair. If it rains, the concert will be held in Guzzetta Recital Hall.

Tuba Summer is a great tradition! I’m looking forward to it. Polkas are a tuba player’s best friend.
