Please join Dr. Gretchen McNamara and Dr. Steven Darling for the 2019 Wright State University Low Brass Festival. The Guest Artists this year are Dr. Jason Smith, Professor of Tuba & Euphonium - Ohio University, and Mr. Samuel Chen, Principal Trombone - Knoxville Symphony Orchestra. Events include masterclasses and performances by Chen, Smith, Darling, McNamara, the Darling Duo (Flute & Tuba), Winner of the WSULBF Solo Competition, the WSU Trombone Ensemble, and the WSU Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble. The final (live-round) of the WSULBF Solo Competition will be open to the public. Admission is $15.00 for students, free for parents and music educators.
