A good time was had by all at the 2019 Banjo Rally held last week in the charming arts town of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. These banjoists do NOT play bluegrass, but rather the music of New Orleans, the Roaring 20s &Tin Pan Alley. Johnny Baier, one the world’s best and Executive Director of the American Banjo Museum, gave an amazing solo performance. Other standouts were Ron Hinkle from Arizona & Christian Stanfield with Donald Miller from Memphis. Save the dates for next year: 8/26-29/2020. Tubaists welcome!
