The only way I know of that you could do this is to add the OP to your "Foes" list. But then, you'd miss out on any post they may make that might actually be of merit.

Here's what I'm suggesting, Schlep...

I wonder if (Sean) would/could add a feature (demonstrated below) where each individual logged in member could click in "x" on a particular thread that permanently hides that thread from the member who clicked the "x" beside that particular thread...

To make it even fancier, perhaps a hidden thread would automatically "unhide" itself were the member's specific username mentioned in the thread...

That's a great Idea, but not knowing how this board is set up, I don't know if it's something Sean can do. I know it's not a thing I can do because I don't have that kind of administrative access.

That's a great idea, but, of course, it would have to done at the code level of the software. Would make a great suggestion to phpBB...
