On large attached photographs I find it is necessary to scroll through the image, which is to say that I can only look at sections of the image at a time. I don't know what if any advantage this has, but it is a real nuisance for images such as comparative sizes of tubas when I can't see the full proportions of instruments side by side.
What is the purpose of this feature, and is it necessary to have it?
