Posting message w/attachment: how?
I am having difficulties posting a message with an attachment. Could someone please post the step-by-step process to accomplish this?

I have done those steps, but when I Add Attachment, I am presented with a New Topic page, bypassing the Submit option completely.

I did that, but it still bypasses the Submit option.

I know this may sound silly, but maybe try resetting your browser?
