hey,
I was wondering if there was a way to take lower resolution pictures or something like that. I would love to be able to take a pic from my phone and post it here on the board without having to go to another website to resize each one.
It's a bit of a hassle.
Any ideas or any chance of the moderators allowing larger pictures?
Thanks,
Bill

Wow nice business trip digs! Was it I behind the camera, that picture would've been taken from outside on the beach, with a cool beverage peeking into the left side of the photoRick F wrote:You asked this question a couple of weeks ago here:

I didn't catch that the OP was trying to bypass a computer, so Irfanview's not the right solution. Mea culpa. {Emily Litella voice}: "Nevermind"

Yes, I did, I guess I was hoping more people would see it and get a better solution than emailing each pic to myself and saving it then reposting. Seems like a pretty big hassle.
Maybe the powers that be could allow bigger photos.
Pretty please,
B
BTW
I just tried that trick and I got a message saying the board attachment quote has been reached.

Re: Posting pictures from my iPhone 5
I'm curious,
What did I do to piss of the entire board?
I really don't think what I posted warranted that type of response.
I feel like I've done nothing but try to remain civil and professional here and all of my posts are met with either meh or pfft.
To the Tubenet community, I have no idea what I did to make you feel this way about me, but, I'm sorry, I'll do better next time.
Respectfully submitted,
Bill Pritchard

If you read my post as being PO'd, I sure didn't mean it that way. I just thought maybe you hadn't seen the replies to your other post since you didn't reply to that thread. Sorry if it sounded that way.Tubadork wrote:I'm curious,

Re: Posting pictures from my iPhone 5
Good suggestion; I hadn't thought to look for a resizing/resampling app. I browse a couple other forums via Tapatalk, which has an option to resize pics when uploading, but haven't posted here much in the last few years.hrender wrote:Tubadork wrote:If the pic you're trying to post is still too big, install and use an iPhone app like Image Resizer+, and you can shrink your pic before posting it.

Re: Posting pictures from my iPhone 5
There are a few apps that will help for the iPhone 5 and they are easy to find. I think "Image Size" is by far the best and easiest to use though!
